About
The Backwaters is a very well landscaped venue.
It is a waterside venue Frequently visited by birds of different unknown Species. It is decorated with a well lit mine floating jetty. The venue is partially landscaped with lawns and houses a massive dance floor. There is a gazebo at the venue which houses the bride – bridegroom or the birthday boat, which is placed in such a way that you have the scenic water view in its background.

Largest free parking space spread across, 30,000 sq.ft. in Panaji. Seating Capacity – approx 1100 (Theatre Style), approx 400 (Round Table). Superior Acoustics for better sound clarity. - The Hash House :
Seating capacity from 150 pax – 350 pax. It is provided with The mist system being used for the first time in any banquet venue in Goa. This is helpful in dropping down the temperature especially in the afternoon. - The Outhouse :
Additional space for small get-togethers and extended space.

01 Tentative booking of a date?
Yes, we offer a tentative hold on a date for up to one week after a tour of the venue.

02 What is required to formally book a date for an event?
We require a 50% Venue Payment, a signed copy of your Venue Contract to formally book your date. A check, cashier’s check or card payment is accepted.

03 When is the latest I need to report the guest count?
You need to repost the final guest count 7 days prior to the event date. If the number of guest count exceed, then you will be charged extra in the final invoice.

A huge place suitable for lavish weddings n parties . Dinning section is an annex to the Main Hall. Minus point is Meagre parking space. Guests n visitors are left to the mercy of parking on the roadside. This creates traffic hazards. Not a pleasant day experience.
